Digital Cartel Media (“DCM”, “we”) is a marketing and web services business based in Sonoma County, California. You can reach us at contact@digitalcartelmedia.com.

What we collect

If you email us or submit a review, we receive what you send: your name, business name, email address and message. Our website host and analytics tools also collect standard technical data such as your browser type, pages visited and approximate location.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, provide services you ask for, show reviews you’ve given us permission to publish, and understand how people use our site. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to see which pages people visit and which links they click, including when someone clicks or copies our email address. Google sets cookies to do this. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Our website host and forms

Our site runs on Duda. When you submit a form on this site, such as the review form, Duda stores your submission and sends it to us by email.

Reviews

We only publish a review on this site if you give us permission when you send it. We show your name, your business name if you give it, and what you wrote. Email us any time to edit or remove your review.

The email helper

The “Write my email” tool on our contact page runs in your browser. Nothing you type there is sent to us unless you send the email yourself.

Do Not Track

Our site does not change how it works in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@digitalcartelmedia.com. We respond within 45 days, wherever you live.

Accessibility

We want this site to work for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboards or reduced motion settings. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA and test with automated tools and by hand. If anything here is hard to use, email contact@digitalcartelmedia.com and we’ll fix it or get you the information another way.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Effective October 2026.
